Victoria Croswell, LCSW/LICSW
Victoria Croswell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, and the Founder of New Hope Therapeutic Services. Her career began right here on Nantucket Island, where she served as a school social worker and built a private practice supporting children, adolescents, and families. From the moment she first arrived, Victoria felt deeply connected to the island’s warmth, resilience, and sense of community—and always knew she would one day return to make Nantucket home again.
Originally from Boston, Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology from Eastern Nazarene College in 2014, followed by her Master’s in Social Work with a School Social Work Licensure from Simmons University in 2017. While at Simmons, she received the Leadership Award for her dedication to excellence and compassion in the mental health field.
After relocating to Connecticut in 2020, Victoria expanded her practice to serve individuals of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, life transitions, and complex emotional needs. Her work blends evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care with innovative tools such as LENS Neurofeedback—a gentle, science-backed method that helps the brain reset from patterns of stress and dysregulation.
With Hope on ACK, Victoria returns to Nantucket not only to offer specialized mental health services, but to once again be part of the community she loves—providing compassionate, personalized care right here on-island.
When she’s not working, Victoria enjoys life with her husband, two young children, and a lively crew of animals. She finds joy in hiking, singing, theater, and soaking up every moment she can by the ocean, especially on Nantucket’s sandy shores.
